Eventually, my credibility reached a point where customers were willing to BUY almost ANYTHING I offered.
NOT kidding.
BUT it didn’t start that way.
When I started my artwork business, I was down in the dumps, barely had any money & was DESPERATELY seeking meaning + PURPOSE in my work life!
I remember my thought process at the time:
✨I wanted to do something BIG.
✨I wanted to help others financially.
✨I wanted to inspire.
✨ I wanted to be able to live a life that didn’t have so many limitations.
✨I wanted to be able to buy $180 perfume if I wanted .
✨I wanted to create connections with other like-minded people.
✨I wanted my artwork to be featured in magazines!
→ GUESS WHAT? - I ACHIEVED everything | mentioned above.
BUT in the beginning, it felt like I was CONSTANTLY dragging on & on & getting fu*king nowhere.
There were days I wanted to QUIT!! π
I realized quickly that I had to want it REALLY bad!
Sure, back then I wasn’t a Mom yet, & I had A LOT more time to spare. But, as MY mom used to say- “ little by little, Jen - it will all come together”
So, here I am as a SINGLE today, trying to MAKE it happen again.
YES, it’s scary as a single mom to take chances, but would you rather remain in the same place for the next 5 years?
I have YOUR solution. And YES, It will take a little effort on your part. But YOU CAN do exactly what I’m doing. π
There were days I didn’t think I could do it. But I pushed through. I’m glad I did.
So, PLEASE stop thinking Digital marketing isn’t for you, because YES, even moms like ME are doing it.
